Book it forward: (have book will travel)

If we encounter a man of rare intellect, we should ask him what books he reads. Ralph Waldo Emerson

A book that captures your attention from the first line, paragraph or page.

How some writers have the ability to take you on a descriptive journey. Bringing characters and story lines to life.

The best writers make you feel as though you know the characters intimately – they become real.

I think I have done well, if I have acquired a new word from a good author; and my business with him is to find my own, though it were only to melt him down into an epithet or an image for daily use. Ralph Waldo Emerson

Collector of quotes and words from books!

I love to read.

Read Read Read

We recycle books, either by giving to friends, family, or donating to the library or local thrift stores.

The majority of time we get our reading materials from the library…

Yet, we do enjoy keeper books, and do buy for our library.

After some considerable thought. I wanted to do something more than a book summary or review.

We talk action, although for many, actions never come to fruition.

An Idea, a Concept, Connection, a Movement

A way to promote literacy, and a way for people to connect. Connections around the world. A movement.

This is a collective consideration. It only works if others get on board.

What is it that I am proposing?

Leaving one of your favourite books on your next flight or in the airport.

In the jacket of the book ask the finder to “book it forward”.

After you have finished reading the book, sign your name, city of residence, country, and destination. Then leave the book on your next flight. Or if not travelling soon leave in the airport or train station, bus depot.

Let’s see how far the book travels!

I will update your comments under the post, “Book it forward”.

This is a way to promote reading. To share a connection. So much discussion on connectedness and how it creates purpose, and meaning to your life.

I have heard of people talking about books circulating the world before.

We travel to other countries, and within our own. Have never seen a book left behind on a plane, or in the airport terminal.

Would love to find one someone has left on purpose.

Sincerely hope that you will join in. I know that I am weird, quirky, and think outside the box.

Read an article today that mentioned Oprah Winfrey is INFJ on Meyers Briggs!

Loved that as I am INFJ too, didn’t realize it was the rarest indicator. Only 1 to 2 percent register as this. Happy to be in such good company. Different article!

Please leave a comment. Perhaps you are getting ready to travel. Even if not, there are airports, train stations, cruise ship terminals, bus depots.

We are going to New York, one of our favourite places. I will be leaving my first book on the plane from Montreal, Canada to New York City, United States.

My first book that I would love to share with you is The Paper Bag Christmas by Kevin Alan Milne. It is the book I have gifted most.

Now, this book will be travelling the world. This is a book that resonates to my core. It is about inspiration.

Thanks for your kind words. I am trying to find my voice, and bring forward topics that many don’t feel comfortable discussing. As I feel it is necessary to talk, and open communication. Still need to be true to myself, so there will be the quirky articles, as they are me! Always open to hearing from readers who want a specific topic explored.

Many of these shows are situated in bigger cities like New York
or Los Angeles, so you be able to travel at no cost driving under the influence into the finals.

    Contestants worldwide will record songs
independently, or form teams into virtual bands of 2 to 4 musicians,
and compete for $5600 in prizes. Here you can shop by theme
or browse an entirely array of themes if you are sill unsure on which to base the party.

When I have the opportunity to learn more about voice comments. I will consider. Still new, and learning. If I hear back from commenters re the availability of voice comments, and if it is something they might want…perhaps.

Do you mind if I quote a couple of your articles as long as I provide credit and sources back to your blog? My blog is in the exact same area of interest as yours and my visitors would really benefit from a lot of the information you present here. Please let me know if this alright with you. Thanks a lot!

I was unable to connect to your email. It doesn’t exist. Perhaps, you do have another blog. This url is to do with proxies. I know nothing of this topic, therefore I don’t see the similarities?

Regardless your platform. I will take the compliment at face value.

Have you ever thought about including a little
bit more than just your articles? I mean, what you say is
important and everything. However just imagine if you added some great pictures or video clips to give your posts more, “pop”!
Your content is excellent but with images and
videos, this blog could undeniably be one of the most beneficial in its field.
    Good blog!

I have no idea which article you are referring to? I should be living in Hawaii.
